• Stroud u3a is a self-governing local charitable trust
• We facilitate a wide variety of group and social activities which help stimulate and sustain positive physical and mental health
• Come and meet with other enthusiasts for your existing interests, help one another learn and/or practice, try out and learn new things
• Stay younger for longer, by exploring and helping to create dozens of new ways to enhance yours and others' lives
• No upper or lower age limits - you just need to not be no longer in full-time employment and the time to take part

Established in 1989, Stroud u3a is one of hundreds of similar, local, self-governing groups operating under the national umbrella of "The Third Age Trust" (https://www.u3a.org.uk). We share a common philosophy, aims and objectives with the whole u3a movement.
